**Job overview**:
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator and project support to provide administrative and project support to a number of digital/IT projects within the Kent and Medway Pathology Network and Imaging Network.
- Directly supporting the Project Directors and Managers the work will be varied and key to enabling transformation in pathology and imaging services across Kent and Medway.
- You will provide high quality programme and project administrative support including reporting and analysis of information to support delivery; streamline and manage team business processes and enable provision of effective administration support to ensure projects are delivered in the most effective and efficient way.
- In Kent and Medway, pathology is managed across three services in an alliance network providing services to seven NHS Trusts, general practice and private providers.
- In Kent and Medway, Radiology is managed across four NHS Trusts providing services to seven NHS Trusts, general practice and private providers.
To provide administrative and project support to the Digital Diagnostics Team members that are managing the implementation of a number of digital initiatives across both pathology and radiology services within Kent and Medway.
This includes forward planning and managing the rhythm of governance meetings, workplans and Risk, Assumptions, Issue and Dependency (RAID) logs; organising meetings and taking minutes up to board level; supporting the development and maintenance of programme and project plans; contributing to data collection, management and reporting; organising and facilitating stakeholder engagement, educational and collaboration events; and supporting the wider project team.
We are looking for someone able to quickly build and maintain effective inter-personal relationships at all levels; with experience in programme or project support and administration. NHS experience and working across multiple organisations is desirable, but certainly not mandatory.
