Who we are looking for

A Dynamics Specialist to work on our transformational journey in the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our Customer Service and Marketing departments
You will be involved from the design phase through to implementation. This is a multi-year initiative that will fundamentally change our CRM strategy and approach to providing first class customer service in our enterprise scale organisation.
You will utilise your experience from either a consultancy or development background where you will be working closely with multiple areas of the business and key stakeholders as part of our initial implementation and identifying opportunities to drive value through Dynamics 365.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
- Preferred skills and experience-
- Architecture skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform solutions and integrations.- Experience in the development stack used to build custom solutions and integrations on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.- Strong understanding in data migration.- Experience in managing Dynamics 365 AI functionalities, customer insights would be preferable.- Experienced in Operation Azure DevOp.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to problem solve timely and effectively.- High attention to detail.- Main Responsibilities- Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365.- Understanding business processes and turning them in to solutions within the Dynamics platform.- Liaising with technical teams and Business users.- Maintaining quality assurance and documentation.- Acting as the SME for the Dynamics platform.- Want to become part of the team?- The benefits of working with us
