Groundsman

We are now looking for a Groundsman to support our Park Supervisor in maintaining our Development, Waterways in Herne Bay, Kent.

Your role will include: -The upkeep of all parks and grounds including grass cutting, strimming, edging and landscaping.
Maintaining existing and forthcoming Park facilities
Assisting with renovation or redecoration projects
Carrying out planned maintenance works on Park.
Supporting the Park Supervisor with sourcing local suppliers and tradespeople
Maintenance of all on site equipment eg., lawnmowers, tools etc.
Assisting with the movement of equipment, vehicles, park homes, tools etc around the Park to best respond to needs
Supporting onsite Contractors when necessary
Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable as is a driving license.

Uniform and boots provided (excluding trousers)
