**We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Painter for our Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An amazing opportunity to our join Maintenance Team at our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Hotel as a Maintenance Painter.
- As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration tasks at Bloomsbury Hotel whilst achieving a durable and quality finish.
- Mix and thin paint to obtain desired colour and texture as necessary

**About you**
- It is vital you have City & Guilds Part III/NVQ level 2/3 in painting and decorating or other equivalent qualification or experience.
- Have other building works related skills such as minor plastering, bricklaying, carpentry, wall papering,
- Completed a relevant course in asbestos.
- Holds a CSCS card
- Experience of using power tools
- Ability to work at heights and in different conditions
- Be able to priorities workloads and meet deadlines
- Be able to work to strict deadline
- Be able to use documentation and IT systems for reporting and maintaining records
- Be capable to working efficiently, effectively, diligently, and courteously without the need for constant supervision
- Have the ability to plan and organize painting and decorating maintenance works/projects
- Have an excellent awareness of current Health and Safety regulations backed up by evidence of relevant training, and the ability to work in a safe manner
- Asbestos awareness certificate
