**Job Description** We are now recruiting for an exciting new Master Data Manager role within our Data Science team. This is a newly created position where you will have overall responsibility of Master Data strategy and controls as we look to consolidate from 6 ERPS to oneSAP ERP across our UK entities.

**This role can be based in either our Griffin Brewery in Chiswick, or our UK Headquarters in Woking.** Occasional travel will be necessary between these locations.

The Master Data Manager role is a Business Partner to the Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Teams, owning end-to-end master data management (MDM) standards across the business, defining delivery against SLAs and contributing to global and market systemenhancement projects.

**Key Accountabilities;**
- You will be integral in defining and driving high standards of MDM into our business; managing and delivering within agreed SLAs; overseeing and coordinating control and lifecycle checks, and supporting our business partners with getting master data rightfirst time.
- Constructively challenge your stakeholders to ensure that we're making informed decisions aligned to our strategy and that help us deliver our targets.
- Identify improvements and create change
- Take the lead on all master data controls, from creation to obsolesce, to mitigate risks to business operation
- Support the setup and maintenance of master data records across Customer, Supplier and Material functions
- Create and maintain SOP library pertaining to MDM
- Track and drive continual improvement of our MDM accuracy and integrity
- Be a constant advocate for MDM standards by supporting and mentoring business partners in the right way to work
- Assist in the resolution of data issues and conflicts
- Perform Root Cause analysis on failures and suggest preventative measures
- Participate in, and contribute, to market and global projects involving business or systems change
- Ensure standards adherence to regulatory, compliance, security or other external requirements

**Your Ideal Background;**
- Strong knowledge of master data management processes within an FMCG or related field.
- Experience in an ERP System is essential: SAP ECC and/or S/4 Hana preferred
- Demonstrable experience in taking ownership of projects/improvements from commencement through to conclusion
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs
- Finance, Manufacturing or Supply Chain background an advantage
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge essential - particularly Excel
- SQL, MS Power BI, MS Project & MS Visio knowledge also an advantage
- Must be a self-starter with a solution-driven approach
- Love creating change and looking at how to do things differently
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritising tasks to meet a key deadline
