Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner - Hybrid into Southampton Head office

**The role**:
Our Technology team has never been busier and are committed to driving and supporting business improvements and change.An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Technology department for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team here on a permanent basis.In this role, you will be responsible for reducing risk in project delivery and maximizing the returns that are received from our investments in change projects.
You will adopt a hybrid role of Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner working across multiple projects including Data Warehousing, Analytics, Data Risk Reduction and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence within our Data Services team. We haveembarked on an Agile transformation and now has multiple teams at different stages of maturity. The Senior Business Analyst will help support the next steps in our transformation journey and shift in ways of working.
**You will**:
Lead analysis within projects and products, scoping and prioritizing requirements in collaboration with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and development teams to drive and deliver change;
Work closely with scrum teams and business stakeholders to support the design and build of RPA packages and data warehouses through user story mapping, data modelling and transformation;
Automate key business processes and provide data solutions to elicit business value and enable faster data-informed decision-making within the business.
Be accountable for the management, quality, and coordination of your own workload in an agile delivery environment that involves working alongside both onshore and offshore development teams.

Previous experience in performing Business Analysis or Product Owner activities within portfolios of delivery that include an IT component and agile ways of working (scrum and Kanban).
Previous experience working in a matrix environment establishing credible relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, with the ability to communicate technical information and engage in continuous discovery to understand and anticipate businessneeds.
You will be a people focused professional with a proven ability to work enthusiastically alongside technical and business SMEs in a matrix environment to support cross functional delivery.
