As Blaze Supervisor, you will w ork closely with other departments to ensure the Blaze timetable and social events are managed in line with Programming Excellence principles. Alongside managing the MYZONE community, system and club reports such as H&S and compliance checks. **We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.** About you: As a BLAZE Instructor: - **Minimum 1 year experience**teaching group exercise classes - You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals. - Have overall great communication and interaction skills - Be s elf-driven with a positive outlook - Have a passion about customer service."
