**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:

If so, then maybe a bank Support Worker role is for you
We are currently recruiting for **bank Support Workers** to join our teams, supporting individuals in their own homes in both **Alloa and Tullibody.**
In these services, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns and physical health needs to live the best lives possible, by providing person-centred support tailored to their own needs.
**So what does this mean for you?**
You will be supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis with anything they might need support with. This can include:
- Supporting to attend community activities, events or sharing in their favourite hobbies
- Assisting people to maintain their own homes and finances
- Administering medication
- Supporting with daily tasks, which may include personal care such as assisting with showering, using the bathroom etc
