**Job Title: Domestic Assistant**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute general cleaning tasks as per the designated schedules.
- Perform kitchen domestic duties as necessary, including the serving of meals and refreshments, in compliance with relevant food preparation, cooking, and storage regulations and guidance.
- Safely utilize materials, equipment, and machinery according to manufacturers' guidelines, ensuring secure storage after use.
- Prioritize health and safety by understanding workplace hazards, adhering to safety protocols, and taking proactive measures to prevent risks to oneself and others.
- Engage in regular supervision sessions, team meetings, and contribute to effective communication by sharing pertinent information with colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Undertake additional duties as directed to meet the operational needs of the service.

**Special Conditions**:
There may be a requirement to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as per the planned rota. Compliance with any regulatory and legislative vaccination requirements for this role is mandatory.

- Proven experience in domestic or janitorial roles is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
