**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, orders, and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Prepare and update sales reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team, such as scheduling meetings and managing paperwork.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
