**WHO ARE YOU**:
We are looking for a stand-out Assistant Floor Manager who will play an absolutely integral part of driving high volume service on the floor. You are people focused, engaged, and a great leader to your team Creating amazing service is part of your DNA andsomething you love to instil into your team on a daily basis.

The ideal Assistant Floor Manager will have:

- A genuine passion for service and guest experience
- Previous experience at Supervisor level
- Superb staff management and motivation skills
- A love for staff training and progression
- Bags of energy and a 'Can Do' attitude
- Excellent food and drinks knowledge

We know hospitality can be hard work, but it's very rewarding As part of the ETM family, we always pull together with smiles on our faces.

The basic hourly rate for this role is £8.91. You will also earn a share of service charge, which is distributed to all staff through a Tronc Point system. We cannot guarantee exact service charge amounts, but the advertised hourly rate is a fair indicationof average hourly salary for this role, including of base rate and tronc.
