The role available is for an experienced Estate Agent (minimum one year experience in Estate Agency), based in our flagship Great Park office.

Our Sales Progressors work continuously with vendors, buyers and solicitors throughout the sales process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 1 years’ experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A deep understanding of the sales transaction process.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30.

Pay: Basic salary from £25,000 depending on experience, £25,000-£35,000 OTE per annum, uncapped commission
