**About the role**
- Have previous Architectural Technologist experience.
- Have project management experience.
- Have experience running construction jobs.
- Construction & design knowledge.
- Previous design experience would be desirable.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office packages.

**Who we are looking for**

We are seeking an Architectural Technologist who is capable of managing projects from inception to completion both as part of a team or on an individual basis.
- Good understanding of design and construction is essential
- The ability to work and prioritise sub tasks on own initiative with mínimal supervision.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately and methodically in a busy and pressurised environment.
- Customer focused with the ability to contribute and work well within a team.
- Flexible, adaptable and responsive to sudden changes in tasks and priorities.
- Capable of organising and prioritising competing priorities across a wide variety of work/projects.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels with tact and integrity.
