you will be based in the production office and liaising with the general office staff.

Duties include
- General office administrative tasks and ad hoc duties within the scope of the role
- Provide sales quotes to SW Sales managers upon request
- Ability to work within strict daily time deadlines for entry of orders
- Accurate electronic form submission.
- Answering incoming calls from internal and external customers in a professional and competent manner.
- Take messages, log and support enquiries within the department in a timely manner when required.
- Effectively liaise with other departments to ensure all procedures and processes are followed and adhered to
- Provide high levels of customer service & support to sustain our customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate information on the customer within Oracle

Ensure a proactive approach to the implementation of all HS&E requirements
