**Operative - Transfer Station**:
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (6:00-16:00), 45 hours per week
**Rate**: £12.40 per hour
**Breaks**: 1-hour total - 30 mins unpaid, 30 mins paid
**Shift Pattern**: 6am to 4pm, includes 30 mins daily overtime
**Start Date**: Immediate starts available - no waste management experience needed

Operate and monitor machinery, including a forklift (training provided), to a safe and satisfactory standard. Communicate issues to your supervisor, help reduce waste, increase productivity across all lines, and support your colleagues to maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and performance.
