Your attention to detail and expertise will help maintain our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities: -Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing-Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company and client standards-Handle and dispose of all waste in a timely and sanitary manner-Stock and maintain supplies and report any inventory needs to supervisor-Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences-Notify supervisor of any repairs or maintenance required to maintain cleanliness and safety standards-Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing lightbulbs and unclogging drains-Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols-Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately-Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryQualifications: -Previous experience in cleaning preferred but not required-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills-Strong communication and customer service skills-Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and bend and kneel comfortably-Reliable and punctual-Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as needed-Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportationWorking Conditions: -Work in various settings, including homes, offices, and commercial spaces-Exposure to cleaning chemicals and allergens-Physical demands of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods of time-Flexible scheduling, potentially including evenings or weekends depending on client needsAt Lawrence Cleaning Services, we value our employees and provide a positive and inclusive work environment.
