Job description

Based at our factory in Girvan, you will report to the Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring the production team have sufficient stock available on site. This role will be varied and you will be working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to complete paperwork to a high standard of accuracy
- Preparing concise, accurate reports
- The ability to comfortably perform manual tasks

**Duties include, (but are not limited to)**:

- Collating and processing order sheets for incoming and outgoing goods
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all goods are first class
- Counting and checking outgoing goods match despatch notes

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting in the monitoring and counting of stock and raw materials
- Complete and maintain stock, production, planning and other business administration record
- System input of all pricing, goods in, goods out and stock storage and stock movement throughout site.
- Traceability of all products in all areas to ensure trace is clearly visible and accountable at all times.
- Manually moving stock in and around the site.
- Adhere to all health and Safety procedures.

Days of work: 5 days over 7

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
