**£11.78 per hour - £12.38 per hour + up to £2 per hour bonus**
Culina Logistics are a market - leading food and drink 3PL specialist.
**What You’ll Do**
Working in a fast paced environment, our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for the picking and dispatching of packaged chilled products to retailers nationwide.
As a business, we pride ourselves in providing an excellent work life balance for our colleagues by operating on a **4 On 4 Off Shift Pattern**. Colleagues can choose from the following shift patterns:
- **Rotating Days and Nights**, 7.00am to 7.00pm / 7.00pm to 7.00am** Hourly Rate of £11.78**:
- **Permanent Nights**, 7.00pm to 7.00am** Hourly Rate of £12.38**
The salary for this role ranges from **£23,269 to £25,751 **dependent on shift pattern, with overtime opportunities available. Overtime shifts are paid at time and a half (x1.5) of the standard hourly rate for each hour worked.
**On top of this we also have a Pick Bonus Scheme which gives all employees the opportunity to increase their hourly rate by up to £2ph for regularly hitting/exceeding their set targets **
Job Description
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE such as PPT
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications
- Ability to work within a chilled environment
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
