**Job Summary**
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they select their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in customer service, combined with your passion for bridal fashion, will ensure that each client feels valued and supported throughout their journey. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the selection process, providing personalised recommendations, and ensuring that every detail is attended to with care and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and requirements for bridal attire.
- Provide expert advice on dress styles, fabrics, and accessories to enhance the client's vision.
- Assist clients in trying on dresses and provide constructive feedback to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain an organised inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring that all items are well-presented.
- Employ effective upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that complement the bridal experience.
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring that each client receives dedicated time and attention during their visit.
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy showroom environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing sales accurately.
- Proven time management abilities to ensure timely service delivery without compromising quality.
- Experience in retail or customer service, particularly in sales or fashion-related fields, is advantageous.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
- A genuine passion for bridal fashion and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
