The role will report to the Head of Global Vendor Compliance & Sustainability. **What are key duties of the role?**: - Maintain compliance documentation and supplier records - Track factory audits and support audit schedule coordination - Collect and analyse compliance data for reporting and improvement - Assist with customer and licensor documentation requests - Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy **What we need you to bring to the team**: - Strong organisational and data management skills - Clear and professional written and verbal communication - Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Ability to interpret compliance and audit data - Knowledge of SEDEX or ethical sourcing practices is a plus
