**About The Role**:

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Accountable for the transition and ongoing support of the relevant security related solutions at CBS to meet security requirements and architectural strategy.
- Responsible for the creation, quality, and governance of technical and standards documentation to maintain a stable and consistent environment. Where required to create and deliver regulatory related reports and or documentation to support CBS regulatory requirements.
- Provide a high level of technical knowledge to complete the troubleshooting and resolution to production incidents or problems to meet operational security needs and ensures business as usual service is maintained to service and operational level agreements.
- The role also includes the provision of assistance to the Architecture, Development, and Support teams to implement and support solutions into the CBS estate.
- Looks for improvement opportunities which involve coaching, mentoring, planning, supervising, supporting, and training of team members.
- Assist the implementation and maintenance of access solutions

You have a proven record in:

- Providing technical guidance and leadership in the implementation of security and access controls
- Ability to drive and steer positive security methodologies and address gaps where appropriate
- Recognising and adapt to individual differences and working styles, and support initiatives that create an environment in which diversity is valued.

**Essential Requirements**
- Identity management familiarity in one or more of the following areas:

- Single sign-on (SSO),
- Data management,
- Identity federation,
- Enterprise directory architecture and design, including directory schema, directory services, namespace and replication topology experience, resource provisioning, ITIL, and process integration.
- Identity and access governance includes role-based access control,
- Access request and certification,
- User life cycle management processes,
- Organizational change management.
- Thorough understanding of Information Security frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST)
- Expert understanding of IAM concepts, including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, access control attacks, identity, and access provisioning life cycle.
- Knowledge of protocols such as SAML, OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
- Certification in one or more public cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure Cloud
- Available for out-of-hours support on a rota basis
- Knowledge of security processes and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance
- Demonstrable experience of Agile Delivery techniques
- Experience in working in a DevOps environment
- Experience of working with audit requirements, change management and control procedures
- Willingness to recognise gaps in your own skill sets and be able to take the initiative to plan and address those gaps

**Hours**: 35 - Mon to Friday - 9am to 5pm
