**GSL Education** is currently looking for a well-qualified
**SEMH (Social, emotional, and mental health) Teaching Assistant** for our client SEN schools based in
**Ealing**. The schools cater for Children and Young People with Autism, SEMH, Attachment Disorder, Challenging Behaviour and LAC. If you have an understanding of SEND and are a calm, friendly and creative individual who wants to make a positive difference in students' lives, this is a perfect role for you

As a successful
**SEMH Teaching Assistant**, you will:

- Have prior experience working as a Learning Mentor
- Be working with students with autism, Asperger and challenging behaviour.
- Have experience delivering specialist interventions with autistic children and/or children with speech & language difficulties
- Have previous experience with SEND in a school environment.
- Be a confident, outgoing and personable individual with a passion for helping people.
- Have the desire and motivation to meet the challenge of working with children with SEN
