**What’s involved?**

As we gear up for the next phase of our development, we are growing our Marcomms and Operations Team. This is where you come in as our Marketing Communications Administrator, supporting the Head of Marcomms with the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing communications that will

boost brand awareness, drive sales and enhance our customer engagement. You will also be working closely with the wider team to provide an efficient and customer-focused service spanning a range of business functions and processes, including general team administration and events coordination. You will therefore play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, with key responsibilities including:

- Generating and creating engaging and high-quality content for a multitude of channels, including marketing collateral, campaign material, social media updates, newsletters, website content, social media, press releases, case studies, as well as the dissemination of company-wide updates.
- Maintaining the CRM database to keep it clean, updated and GDPR compliant.
- Supporting the coordination and creation of internal communications and engagement activities across IAAPS and the wider organisation, including the University of Bath.
- Acting as the primary contact for events and visits, monitoring and responding to all visit requests, triaging incoming enquiries and liaising with relevant teams as appropriate.
- Coordinating all associated logistics of event organisation and delivery, including welcoming visitors as needed, providing site orientation and occasional organisation of corporate catering.
- Supporting the organisation of trade show / conference presence, including liaising with relevant suppliers, event hosts and collaborators to keep projects on track.

We are a growing SME, so there will be a requirement to undertake additional duties and provide team administration support when necessary to meet the business’ overall objectives. General responsibilities may include:

- Working with the Executive Assistant in managing the mandatory training schedule, enrolments and renewals in line with ISO standards.
- Supporting HR and People Coordination tasks as required.
- Working closely with colleagues to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing team operational processes and procedures to ensure these meet the needs of IAAPS and our customers.
- Enabling IAAPS to live up to its values and customer experience by providing reception cover as required.
- Other ad hoc administrative or clerical tasks.

**What do I need?**
- 1-2 years’ experience of working in a busy, hands-on environment with responsibility for a broad range of tasks, communication and event coordination across business functions and teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- First class written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft accurate and compelling copy in the company tone-of-voice.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva and / or InDesign (video editing experience would be an advantage), as well as CRM databases and content management systems.
