Microbiology Analyst

CK Group are recruiting for a Microbiology Analyst to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Hull on a contract basis for 6 months.
**Salary**:
Hourly up to £15.49 depending on experience.
**Microbiology Analyst Role**:

- To perform a role in the QA Microbiology team carrying out quality activities for laboratory testing.
- To provide microbiological testing (water testing, environmental measurement and potentially bioburden).
- To effectively collate and accurately review records which comprise the microbiological information supporting environmental / bioburden control and assurance of sterility.
- To manage workload (mainly unsupervised) which has designated lead times.
**Your Background**:

- A degree (or equivalent) in a biological science or industry experience as a laboratory technician.
- Knowledge of GMP and of the microbiological control of environmental and bioburden monitoring programmes.
- Basic knowledge of gamma and ETO sterilisation.
