**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

Working in one of our state of the art preparation centres and working on every make and model of vehicle imaginable, you will have the unrivalled opportunity to develop, grow and perfect your craft.

The nuts and bolts (pardon the pun) of the role will be to, perform cosmetic repairs on a wide range of issues from minor dents to alloy wheel refurbishment, as well as a full polish of each vehicle.

Our goal is to treat every vehicle like it is our own and ensure that the work is to the highest possible standard to get that showroom ready shine.

**WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?**

You will need to have some experience in SMART Repair and/or a relevant and up to date qualification.

Ideally you will be a person who takes fierce pride in their role and has incredible attention to detail, an eye for spotting things others can’t and laser focussed accuracy.

You will need a full and valid driving license for this role

**Basic salary (not including bonus)**:
**Days: £23,000**
**Nights: £25,760**

**OTE (more if you hit better efficiency)**:
**Days: £26,000**
**Nights: £28,760**
