This organisation is going through a period of significant growth as part of a 5 Year plan which impacts their UK and International Operations. As part of this they are now looking for a Recruitment Manager - Contact Centre to take charge of their UK recruitmentdrive. This business services organisation operates from several sites throughout the UK and is growing its homeworking capability as part of this growth plan.
This is a new role within the organisational structure so that means it is a real opportunity to shape Contact Centre recruitment strategy
The role will include:
- Ownership of recruitment and process strategy - looking to deliver a direct sourcing strategy wherever possible across Contact Centre operations.
- Building relationships with external partners to assist with delivering recruitment - local employers groups, local HR networks etc
- Extensive stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
- All aspects of the recruitment cycle from advertising to interviewing and presenting offers
- As the role develops this could involve managing a recruitment administrator or two, so any management experience would be beneficial
This is a great time to join this organisation as it has some ambitious but achievable growth targets coupled with some fantastic clients already in place. The role will require a true contact centre recruitment expert who ideally has exposure to BPO, outsourcingor third-party relationships.
