**There will be a requirement for regular travel to attend client's sites to deliver face to face training.**
Key Responsibilities
**Training Development & Delivery**:
- Design, develop, and deliver SharePoint training sessions (beginner to advanced) for end-users, administrators, and business users.
- Develop training materials, including user guides, PowerPoint presentations, and video tutorials, with the support of our internal content designer.
- Conduct both face to face(onsite at clients locations) and virtual training sessions to our clients.
- Needs Assessment & Customisation:
- Work with teams to assess SharePoint training needs and customise learning programs to align with organisational goals.
- Gather feedback after training sessions and adjust content or delivery methods accordingly.
**User Support & Troubleshooting**:
- Provide post-training support by answering user queries, resolving issues, and offering troubleshooting assistance.
- Create and maintain FAQs and self-help resources for ongoing user education.
**Tracking & Reporting**:
- Track and monitor the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback, measuring learner success, and reporting outcomes to management.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with IT, business teams, and other departments to stay informed about new SharePoint features and functionality.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay current with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training methodologies and deliver the most effective learning experiences.
**Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience delivering training programmes including administration, development, or end-user support.
- Previous experience designing training programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- A high knowledge of SharePoint infrastructure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the UK and Ireland
- Full UK Driving License is required
