The Supervisor coaches and leads teams daily to satisfy the needs of our business and customers by delivering excellent service and brand standards and ensuring product availability.

**Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- **Confident & Knowledgeable.**:

- Demonstrate and cascade knowledge of Brand / products to team and advise customers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Brand standards.
- To adapt work pace to needs of the business to ensure maximum productivity.
- Contribute to the teams success in achieving all unit targets. Drive the team.
- To maximise all sales opportunities through positive selling techniques.
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets.
- Promote company promotions to increase revenue, brand leadership and integrity.
- **Passionate & Committed.**:

- Participate in and share ideas in all training activities and team briefings as required.
- Participate actively in all team, individual, brand and site incentive opportunities, encourage team members to participate fully.
- Take responsibility for personal development.
- **Consistent.**:

- Perform all tasks to a consistent standard and operate within brand standards, ensure team are completing their duties.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas.
- Be punctual and consistent in attendance in compliance with weekly roster, including accurate scheduling of staff at peak times, to ensure mínimal disruption to colleagues, work and unit performance.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude even when under pressure.
- To treat all colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times.
- Communicate and cooperate with team members in a caring and helpful manner.
- Maintain good standards of personal hygiene, uniform and general appearance in accordance with company and brand standards.
- Follow company cash and till handling policies and security procedures as contained within CASP document.
- Ensure the unit and it’s contents are secure at all time.
- Comply with Health, and Food Safety standards and procedures.
- Ensure products are available and Stock holding kept in line with the current sales levels.
- **Put Things Right.**:

- Handle customer comments in a positive manner and take appropriate follow up action.
- Raise any matters of concern through the proper company channels in the first instance.
- Comply with statutory legal and company requirements.
- **Provide a Memorable Experience.**:

- Provide customers with appropriate service in a polite, efficient and friendly manner, maintaining eye contact and smiling.
- Adapt service style to suit individual customer needs.
- Promote a positive company image at all times.
- Deliver quality of products guaranteeing customer value for money.

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
