Server/barstaff

**Responsibilities**
- Serve beverages and food items to guests in a timely manner while ensuring high standards of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and enhance their experience.
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic math skills.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining quality service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating strong hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£14.37 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
