We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Assessor to join our team in Didsbury and assure the quality and consistency of our work.

**The Role**
As a Quality Assurance Assessor, you will ensure that our teams complete high-quality work through the quality assessment of calls and the identification of patterns and trends in our work.
Assessing calls based on a range of criteria, you will ensure our teams work in compliance with various regulatory requirements including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
You will work as part of a team to ensure the widest volume of calls are monitored and analysed and will support the creation of weekly and monthly reports to highlight patterns, risks and trends.
Additionally, you will:

- Complete call assessments to ensure a consistent and fair approach
- Work with the Head of Compliance and Contact Centre Team Leaders for assessment purposes
- Implement and enhance compliance procedures
**About You**
To be considered as a Quality Assurance Assessor, you will need:

- A background working in an FCA regulated environment
- A self-driven and proactive approach to assessing calls
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively with an ability to feedback assessments in a constructive manner
- The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment within a growing business
