** Senior Night Support Worker REQUIRED**

£11.50 per hour - Full Time - 36 hours per week - Night Shifts

**As a Senior Support Worker you will be**:

- Working within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents.
- Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers.
- With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

**CRITERIA AS A SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER**:

- Proven experience of working in a care setting,
- A good team player,
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eye IP23: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (required)
- supervisory: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required)
