Based in London**

With a roster of clients which include of the Top 100 leading brands in food, drink and consumer goods, this is a specialist agency where you will build sector expertise - exploring novel approaches to classic research. Some of the fields this agency coversare sensory science and research & development, and they have built a global reputation off the back of innovative statistical analysis.

You will be joining as Associate Director, leveraging your industry relationships to grow small & medium sized accounts. Understanding the key objectives of your clients, you'll utilise your sector expertise and hands-on research skills and deliver in-depth,practical insights.
Working flexibly from a modern, central London office, you'll have access to benefits including paid volunteering days and wellbeing resources that include a confidential advice & counselling service. **Key Duties**
- As Associate Director you will manager projects concurrently through to completion, along with project teams
- Train and develop Research Executives through to Managers
- Writing proposals to secure new business and working with Directors to establish appropriate timescales and costs
- Drafting reports and designing compelling presentations to give to the client
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients

**Skills & Experience**
- Quantitative experience withing an ad hoc agency environment, ideally with some exposure to qualitative methods
- Product and/or concept testing experience
- You are able to draw a story from the data, writing engaging reports and putting together presentations
- Strong self-management enabling you to work effectively across multiple tasks
- You can work effectively on your own and together with a team towards a common goal
