**Cover Supervisor Team Lead wanted - Blacknell - Secondary School - Experienced TA or HLTA wanted - ASAP Start**
This lovely 11-18 Comprehensive Academy School based in Bracknell are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor or HLTA to join their Cover Supervisor team as a team lead. This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to gain leaderships skills andexperience, all whilst providing high quality lesson cover for absent staff. You will have the opportunity to deploy support staff, actively engage in curriculum planning, and marking.
**Experienced Cover Supervisors or HLTAs Wanted**
- Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Higher Learning Teaching Assistant who is looking for a fresh challenge as a Cover Supervisor?_
- Do you want to work in a mainstream Secondary school?_
- Have you got ambitions of being a team leader who deploys support staff, gaining valuable management and leadership experience?_
The role:
- Cover Supervisor Team Lead.
- Full time.
- ASAP Start.
- Slough.
- Pay: £80-100 per day.
- Supervising lesson delivery, keeping students on task, and effectively deploy support staff.
- Responsible for following school safeguarding and behaviour policy.
- Must be an experienced TA or HLTA
- Must have a live DBS or be prepared to take one out.
