**What is the Role?**

As our Business Assurance Lead, you will:

- create and manage the Airtricity Gas NI quality and monitoring schedule, implementing, planning and managing a roadmap of regular audits, dip tests and checks within the department
- manage on time and accurate regulatory reporting and submissions and assist the business to target future change proactively by utilising key data reporting
- drive operational excellence and performance, using data analysis to target process change and training requirements, increasing business governance / rigour
- assist with managing change management processes by driving knowledge of the regulatory framework, public policy, organisational structure and continuous improvement
- help senior managers fulfil their roles as change sponsors for their respective departments and engage with key project teams so they can integrate their projects within the business

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- knowledge of the Northern Ireland retail energy markets and an understanding of the requirements associated with working in a regulated utility industry
- familiarity with key operations functions (Customer Service, Billing, Credit Control, Meter Reading)
- functional experience within business operations environment, with working knowledge of GDPR and key data protection principles, as well as compliance audit expertise
- an understanding of key change management and change governance principles
- excellent project management, leadership, communication and presentation skills
