**The Opportunity**

As a member of our bank team you will be able to choose the hours which suit you the best and keep free any time you wish to block off for family or personal reasons Also, if you do ever see a permanent position that you wish to pick up you will be in the best position to take advantage of it

Some of your duties would be as follows
- Supporting individuals to appointments and activities such as shopping or trips out
- Completing relevant paperwork
- Undertaking household tasks
- Engage our adults in tasks and activities

Options Autism are recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our team in the Holywell region. Our accommodations provide high quality support for individuals with autism, complex needs and/or learning disabilities. This would be an ideal role for those interested in supporting occupants with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure - working in a support environment where we maintain a strong safeguarding culture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

The accommodation is in Flintshire** **and within commutable distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester and surrounds
