**Head Receptionist**

We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in the community and are looking for an individual to join us as head receptionist. We encourage all our staff to deliver outstanding care to both the client and their pets and perform their job to the fullest.

As head receptionist, you will oversee the reception team, ensuring daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, whilst managing your own admin duties and making sure that a great level of customer service is maintained and delivered to all clients. You'll provide a link between clients and the clinical team.

You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.

As this is a head receptionist role you must have some experince in managing a team and ideally some experince within the veterinary industry.

**This is a Full Time Part Time role working 40 hour per week**
