**IT Project Co-ordinator**

**Salary**: €38,000 - €41,000
We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly customer-focused and enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator, to support our client, Pfizer.
The role is a permanent, full-time position working Monday - Friday, 37.5-hours per week primarily based in Cork, Ireland supporting PCs and infrastructure in varied pharma uses and environments.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Handle meetings with PFE internal stakeholders
- Deliver end-to-end new infrastructure capabilities required for local site projects
- Report on the status of each project at specific cadence
- Build up a local project portfolio and manage priorities in line with Pfizer inputs
- Handle the financials for the budget associated with the projects in scope
- Generate effective documentation, review and conformance to Pfizer standards
- Ensure there is a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities and risks associated with either project
- Manage escalations
**Essential skills / qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
- Very strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Previous experience working in Project Management and having successfully worked on various IT projects
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of desktop and infrastructure support
- Ability to handle financials
- Have an excellent understanding of Win10 systems in a corporate environment
- Previous experience with Stakeholder management
- Troubleshooting
- Risk management
- Be skilled at dealing with third parties (other service providers)
- Be familiar with and demonstrate the ITIL operational framework for IT
- Ability to ensure internal company standards for productivity and staff utilisation are met
- People Management
- Time Management
**Desirable skills**:

- Experience working in Pharmaceutical production facilities
- Experience with medical equipment interfacing
- Experience working in industrial or lab environments
- Working with high-ranking users and clients
