**The Company**:Regional IFA firm who are part of wider, national group and are specifically looking to add a Trainee Financial Planner to their Central Leeds based operation. Working alongside a Chartered Financial Planner with a 12-monthprogression plan to CAS sign off and client bank inheritance, it’s a perfect opportunity for a Qualified Paraplanner to make that transition into the advisory space.

**The Role**:Reporting into the Financial Planning Director the role sits within their advisory team and will work extensively in the private wealth product arena inclusive of investments, pensions and protection/life planning advice, alongsidea Chartered Financial Planner in a shadowed capacity. Duties will include:

- To learn all aspects of the firm’s financial planning and advice proposition.
- To assist in the efficient delivery of Financial Planning solutions and advice to clients in accordance with internal and regulatory standards by effective communication, workflow management and database records.
- To maintain the firms 'Client Relationship Management' system to manage service tasks, track client work and ensure internal records keeping and management information is updated.
- To maintain and develop professional working relationships with clients.
- To develop the appropriate technical and market awareness knowledge to assist the Financial Planners in providing effective advice solutions.
- Provide support to the Financial Planner to ensure Imagine delivers consistent service and excellent client outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving engagement and positive client outcomes.

**The Person**:You will be a QCF level 4 diploma qualified Paraplanner specifically looking for a step into client facing work. You must hold experience of developing client relationships in conjunction with exceptional communication skillsand be focused on effectively making that transition into advising. As mentioned above it is an ideal opportunity for someone sitting within a technical role right now to make that step into a 'Trainee Adviser’ role, with a 12-month plan to full CAS sign offand client bank inheritance working alongside a very experienced Chartered Financial Planner.
