We have an exciting new role to join our growing team.

We need a **Breakfast Server Supervisor** to greet & seat customers and residents of the hotel. To Lead the breakfast team on day to day operations. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.

**About The Role**

**Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities Include**:

- Managing the Breakfast team.
- Ordering for Breakfast
- Meeting & greeting the guests
- Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
- Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
- Interacting with guests by taking orders, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
- Ensure that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
- Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant throughout the meal service. This includes sanitizing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.

Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

**Required Criteria**
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom
- Must have a professional appearance
- Need transportation due to location

**Desired Criteria**
- Previous experience serving food and beverages
