The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing six secondary schools, 13 primary schools, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

Are you an expert when it comes to regulatory compliance and data protection? Are you able to take a leading role on data protection across the trust? If the answer is yes, then we have the position for you

You will be the trust’s DPO and ensure that data protection rights are maintained and aligned to regulatory requirements, and support our family of schools in the management of data breaches, FOI and SARS requests in conjunction with each school’s named GDPR contact

What you'll need to succeed
- to share our passion for wanting the very best for our students and schools
- be committed to keeping our students safe
- have an understanding of systems and processes involved in gathering, storing, transferring and collecting data in a national and international context and identifying any associated risks
- experience with compliance and/or data protection in the education sector is beneficial but we would encourage and welcome applicants from outside of the sector to apply, where skills are transferrable
