**Coffee Academy** is an artisan, independent coffee store based on London’s busy Southbank promenade under the prestigious Oxo Tower. We pride ourselves on selling the best Fairtrade, organic coffee along with delicious, sweet treats. We are also a proud reseller of Crosstown doughnuts.

Based within Brand Academy, an independent gift store, you will work closely with a fun, passionate team who work together to deliver the best customer service in this fast paced, dynamic environment.

Your role will be making awesome coffee, perfecting your craft through training to deliver a great customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for serving delicious sweet treats as well as managing stock levels and maintaining cleanliness levels to the highest standard.

**About the requirements**

You’ll need some proven experience as a Barista to be able to hit the ground running with a flexible attitude.
- previous experience as a barista
- willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
- trustworthy, honest and confident
- flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
- fluent English and excellent communication skills
- MUST be able to work weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.80-£10.10 per hour
