Mini Bus Driver

Can you help us to get our residents safely from A to B?

We’re looking for a Mini Bus Driver to join our team at Spellman Care. Working across the four Homes based in Skipton, Steeton, Silsden and Guiseley you will assist our Activities Team to help us deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

**Your Role**
- In your new role as Mini Bus Driver, you will be responsible for providing a safe and courteous transportation service for residents to and from various activities.
- You’ll ensure staff and passengers comply with the health and safety instructions and provide risk assessments for the safe operation of community vehicles.
- You’ll maintain paperwork and daily log records to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Your friendly and vibrant personality will nurture positive relationships with our residents
- You will need to hold a full, clean UK Drivers Licence free from prior bans or excessive penalties. You may also be required to undertake a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training course
- You’ll be able to handle emergency situations and be considerate to our residents.

- 4 mornings/afternoons over 7 - will include some weekend work

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keighley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 6 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
