**About The Cromwell Hospital**

The Cromwell Hospital is a major international private hospital in West London receive both UK and international patients. We are committed to providing the highest quality healthcare outpatient and inpatient service care. The hospital has 180 beds and 4 suites, 6 theatres, medical and surgical wards, CDU, level 2 and 3 full intensive care facilities, paediatrics, diagnostic services, physiotherapy, and a dedicated day surgery unit.

The radiography services we provide at the Cromwell Hospital includes; Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, MRI, CT, General/Xray, and Mammography. We also partner with Genesis Care who are onsite offering therapeutic services. The department is ISO 9001:2015 accredited, and we provide a range of nuclear medicine examinations for many types of cancers, heart disease, gastro, endocrine, and neuro disorders.

**How you'll help us make health happen**:
The Healthcare Assistant will contribute in the delivery of care needs to the patients by assisting the team to provide a high standard of nursing care.

You will assist the radiologists in diagnostic scans and mínimally invasive interventional procedures such as non-organ biopsies, breast biopsies, aspiration of non-infectious collection i.e. needle tap. You'll also be involved in ordering consumables and ensuring environmental upkeep.

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- NVQ Level 2 (Direct Patient Care) or equivalent (essential)
- Competent in written and oral English (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 (Direct Patient Care) (desirable)
- First Aid Course (desirable)
- Computer Skills (desirable)
