Cook/shop Assistant

Skirlington Leisure Park Cafe would like to employee a Cook to provide food in their busy cafe area (approx 20 hours - 3 days) with more hours available at busy times. The cafe is open 7 days a week.

Breakfasts are very popular A lunch menu is also provided serving up to 4pm. Also serving a range of hot, cold and alcoholic drinks, cakes, sweet treats and ice creams.

The kitchen has been purpose built with newly installed equipment. This is a varied role, where you will work with a trained, happy friendly team who will provide support, help in the kitchen and you will also on occasion be able to serve the customers you cook for.

Responsibilities in addition will include general cleaning down of the kitchen & equipment, serving behind the counter, use of till/money handling.

Food hygiene training can be provided if necessary but some experience within a similar environment would be beneficial.

As we are a small team you may be required to work in the shop at busy periods if required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: Up to £10.00 per hour
