I am looking for a personable & confident IT Engineer to join an industry leading retail company who are rapidly expanding, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to further their career and work for a large forward thinking business. This willgive you the chance to act as a Senior point of escalation as well as managing and running the IT Helpdesk.
**Role Responsibilities**
You will act as the Senior point of escalation, providing 2nd line support and managing the helpdesk team, remaining very hands on. Ensuring tickets are dealt with in an efficient manner and prioritised accordingly whilst also managing improvements across thebusiness and leading and implementing small to medium sized projects when required. This is a very fast paced environment and will require a methodical and versatile technician, with helpdesk experience to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
