**About the role**

The role holder will provide high-level confidential executive support to the CEO, covering a wide range of tasks and activities including (but not limited to) procurement coordination, travel and logistics, department meetings and off-site activities, diary management, meeting coordination, and minute taking for key CEO’s meetings and Boards. You will undertake a range of discreet, and confidential tasks, projects, and coordinate processes. While also acting as a key point of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will have proven experience dealing with senior executives.

- **Responsibilities**:

- **Mission**

Troubleshoot and handle the CEO’s daily needs that allow the CEO to focus his efforts on developing the product and scaling the business.
- **Main functions**:

- Provide general support to the CEO, including ensuring effective preparation and follow-up of internal management and external stakeholder meetings;
- Support the CEO in planning, monitoring and reviewing the

KPIs in line with the identified priorities, targets and outcomes. Track and collate KPI’s reports for KPIs performance.
- Coordination of logistics for various scenarios such as meetings, negotiations, online conferences, travels (itineraries, tickets, accommodation, transportation, expenses reports, visas), press appearances, parties, lunches/dinners, and vacations. The CEO may also ask to participate in any events mentioned above;
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other meetings as required by the CEO, ensuring accurate minutes are taken and any requested reports are provided. Accountable for the efficient running of Boards and key meetings;
- Follow up the progress of solving Legal & Administrative and Fundraising Raising Committees tasks, as well as participate in the implementation of some of the matters, to provide the CEO with accurate information and analytics regarding the status of business.
- Representation of the CEO’s interests globally with business partners, colleagues, service providers (insurance companies, car service centres, landlords, facilities management companies, Internet and mobile providers, hairdressing salons, etc.), authorities, schools, financial professionals, and lawyers, on the phone or online or in-person;
- Complete everyday tasks on behalf of the CEO, such as interacting with fitness and private clubs, GPs and hospitals, reading mail, paying bills, purchasing, and bookings. From time to time, household management tasks such as maid control or looking after pets can also be requested.

- Bachelor degree in a relevant field;
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the similar field;
- Excellent written communication skills - including the ability to draft papers, prepare presentations and other documentation in clear, concise and accurate plain English to tight timescales;
- Proven analytical skills with the intellectual ability to assess complex documents and issues and quality-assure papers and reports;
- Ability to work under pressure, make decisions and to solve problems. The post-holder must be able to deal with conflicting demands and prioritise work whilst ensuring that a high-quality service is prov
