**Software Support Specialist**
- This is not a typical 'Tech Support’ role - You will be responsible for Coding, Testing, Implementing our clients Bespoke Software in addition to Providing Exceptional IT Support & Troubleshooting Services.
- Hybrid Working - Mon & Fri - Home Based - Tue/Wed/Thur - Office Based
- Roles available in Taunton, Milton Keynes or Bristol.
- Salary £24,500+ Pension, Perks, Benefits Portal, Full Training, Ongoing Development, Courses & Transparent Routes to Progress within the Role or Other Divisions within.
- No Industry Experience Required_
- Applicants must have a Full UK Drivers Licence and Transport or be Commutable to the Office within 1 hour._

Our client is a privately owned, innovative market leading software solution organisation who provide a portfolio of document related services to a broad customer base including the NHS, Local Government and a variety of Commercial organisations across theUK.

Due to continued growth, our client has opened up exciting opportunities within their bespoke technical software support team to be based in either Bristol, Milton Keynes or Taunton.

**Software Support Specialist**

The role has two key responsibilities

**1. Specialist Technical Support, Customer Service, Guidance, Advice and Management**

**2. The Coding, Implementation and Technical Configuration of our clients Bespoke Software in addition to Testing & Reporting ensuring the Functionality is 100% accurate.**

IT, Software, Support or Technical experience is not required but beneficial - Full and comprehensive training will be provided.

This opportunity will suit applicants who have a genuine interest in technology with the ability to learn, develop and be comfortable communicating with clients and customers to provide exceptional support solutions and problem-solving services.
