**Your role**

**What you’ll bring**

You’ll have a successful track record of leading a strategic resourcing function to develop and implement workforce planning and resourcing processes. You will have the credibility and experience of working collaboratively and influencing key stakeholders at all levels to manage complex flexible resourcing approaches, including employee and non-employee resources. You will also have experience of strategic people activities such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Management and will be a Chartered member of the CIPD or equivalent.
