If you take the role of Marketing Assistant with this client, you'll be joining a thriving creative team and will help promote and build brands and launch products in a fast-paced and exciting sector; têxtiles and fashion.

**The Job...**

The Marketing Assistant will be part of a wider creative and marketing team, established for over 27 years with plenty of experience for you to tap into. You'll be supporting the work of the marketing team on a range of exciting projects all designed to maximise B2B opportunities, including developing marketing campaigns and strategies.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Writing, editing, and checking marketing content and collateral.
- Assisting with promotional activities including presentations and events.
- Compiling and distributing information, including website and media analytics.
- Keeping a close eye on social accounts, including creating content and responding to messages.
- Helping to organise market research and analyse questionnaires.
- Liaising with customers and external agencies, when required.

**About You...**

You'll have a keen enthusiasm for marketing, ideally with some experience in a busy marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will be a self-starter, committed to developing a strong, long-term career, within marketing.

**Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate**:

- A motivated and friendly persona with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to take on and provide new ideas, and be receptive to constructive feedback.
- Multi-tasking and able to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of, and experience in, using social media, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram with a passion for keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- Experience of working on creative for multi-generational markets.
- The ability to work to deadlines; you'll be someone who enjoys working in a changeable environment.
- Excellent admin and organisational skills.

**The Company...**

This Marketing Assistant role is an in-house position for a well established têxtile accessory business. The business is growing and has distribution partners operating across Europe. You'll be working across 4 different brands which will keep your day-to-day work interesting and fast-paced.

In addition to an attractive salary of £20k - £24k DOE, the company also offers sociable working hours in their modern Bury office, Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 5:00pm), with an early finish on Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm).
