**Customer Service Advisor (Event Sales Team)**

Belfast, Northern Ireland | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Our Belfast events team is searching for confident, people-loving individuals to join us as Customer Service Advisors. If you’re the kind of person who lights up a room, thrives in fast-paced environments, and loves talking to new people every day - this one’s for you.

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be out and about at live events, pop-ups, and retail promotions, representing well-known brands, chatting with customers, and helping them discover products they’ll love.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Bringing brands to life at events, shopping centres, and promotional sites
- Creating eye-catching setups and displays that draw a crowd
- Speaking to customers face-to-face, answering questions, and giving real product advice
- Making sure every interaction leaves people smiling
- Boosting sales through genuine conversations (no cold calling, no pushy tactics)
- Feeding back what you see on the ground to help shape future campaigns
